We value the relationships we have with our parents and caregivers, and we want to be sure you are informed of any new research, new clinic openings, community events by subscribing to our newsletters, the ChanceLight® news feed and visiting the ChanceLight® Event Calendar. We also post about news and events on our Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter.
We encourage our families to contact their child’s lead therapist, coordinator, or regional coordinator with any questions or concerns they may have regarding the services their child receives. You can learn about ChanceLight leadership over on our Executive Leadership page.

ChanceLight® autism services Compliance Hotline:
ChanceLight® autism services’s toll-free Compliance Hotline and website are staffed by an independent third-party vendor. Its sole purpose is to give you a way to report any suspicion of questionable or illegal billing practices, including fraud. If you submit a report, your comments will be given directly to ChanceLight®’s Compliance Department and will be addressed quickly. You can share your concerns anonymously if you wish, and you will be able to track your report using a nine-digit PIN.
To submit a report online, go to http://www.hotline-services.com. In the space called, “Organization Name,” you will type “ChanceLight®” or “ChanceLight® autism services, Inc.” Click the “Submit New Report” button and continue to follow the prompts. Make a note of your PIN.
